TUFFNTAILS Chew Proof-Guarantee Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- TUFFNTAILS Chew-Proof Guarantee: If your dog bed is damaged (chewed or ripped) within 30 days of delivery, and the damage complies with our warranty terms, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Defective Products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, product tampering, accidents, or neglect (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions, improper cleaning methods).
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage including scratches or fading.
- Returns initiated after the stated refund periods.
- Items not purchased directly from TUFFNTAILS (e.g., third-party sellers).

Reinforced TuffyBed Warranty Explained
The Reinforced TuffyBed has a 1 year warranty on the PVC mat, and a lifetime warranty on the frame. During this time if there are any damages to the related items, please contact us at support@tuffntails.com so we can organise a replacement.

How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options, including AfterPay.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 Days and based on where you are located are delivered within 2-5 business days within the Australia and 2-7 Days internationally.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.
What is your Return Policy?
Our Reinforced TuffyBed includes our industry leading "TUFFNTAILS Chew-Proof Challenge Guarantee". If your dog chews or rips up the bed in the first 30 days, we will refund you every cent you paid. At TUFFNTAILS, we take pride in the exceptional durability and quality of our products. Your TUFFNTAILS Reinforced Elevated TuffyBed comes with a standard 1-year warranty to give you peace of mind. We currently have options for a 6 and 12 month warranty extension, the same policies apply for these timeframes.

Our 1-year warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or durability of the bed.
- Structural Integrity: Issues with the frame or support structure
- Pet Damage: Damage to mat or frame that hinder the function of the bed that compromises your pet
- One Free Replacement Or Refund: All warranty claims will be limited exclusively to one total refund or free replacement as per the customers choice
2. What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse: Not using the bed for its original purpose, loading the bed with excessive weight/force, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- Normal wear and tear: Includes minor scratches, fading, or softening of materials over time.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Incidental or consequential damages: Such as injury or damage to pets, property, or persons.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@tuffntails.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - TuffyBed [Order Number]."
- Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue. Attach photos or videos that clearly show the defect.
- Verification: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
- Resolution: If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund your product at our discretion. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process the warranty claim.
4. Warranty Limitations
- The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from TUFFNTAILS or authorized retailers.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to validate your claim.
- Shipping costs for returns under warranty are covered by TUFFNTAILS for the first 6 months. After 6 months, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
