Our Rubber Cap Feet are the original-style feet for the TuffyBed, designed to sit snugly over the bed legs and keep things stable on hard floors. They're simple, functional, and do exactly what they're supposed to. While our new internal feet now come standard with every TuffyBed, we've kept these available for owners who know their dog and prefer the cap style. Your bed, your call.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• TUFFNTAILS Chew-Proof Guarantee: If your dog bed is damaged (chewed or ripped) within 30 days of delivery, and the damage complies with our warranty terms, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Defective Products: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund.
• Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
• Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Damage caused by misuse, product tampering, accidents, or neglect (e.g., exposure to extreme conditions, improper cleaning methods).
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage including scratches or fading.
• Returns initiated after the stated refund periods.
• Items not purchased directly from TUFFNTAILS (e.g., third-party sellers).

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

• Contact Us: Email support@tuffntails.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Order Number]."
• Provide Details: Include your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of your request. Attach relevant photos or documentation if applicable. 
• Return the Product (if required): If requested, return the item to the provided address. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Processing Time: Once we receive the product and verify the eligibility, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Additional Information

• Shipping Costs: Refunds include the cost of the product only. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item delivered).
